Services

LB Cutlery offers shipping of products purchased through this site via one or more carrier services.

Shipping options will be displayed at the shopping cart checkout allowing you to select carrier and service type.

Shipping will be pre-paid at time of product purchase by the customer or by LB Cutlery in the case of items qualified for free shipping offers.

Timing

LB Cutlery will deliver product to the designated carrier within 2 business days of purchase, or will attempt to contact you using the contact information (email and/or phone) provided at time of purchase to inform you of the delay.

Once product has been delivered to the carrier, LB Cutlery no longer has influence over the delivery process.

Damage

Damage to products in shipping should be addressed with the carrier. Please first notify the carrier of damage and initiate a claim with the carrier.

Return Shipping

Return shipping of unwanted items will be paid by the customer. Return shipping of defective items will be paid by LB Cutlery if the original packaging is retained and re-used.
