This simple-to-use knife sharpener lets you quickly touch up the edge on a knife. The handle shape keeps your fingers safe from the blade.

The sharpening blades are made of tungsten carbide for long life. If they get dull, they can be reversed to expose the second edge, doubling the lifetime. This is done by simply unscrewing the handle and rotating the blades in their sockets.
